ORGANIC TASMANIAN ROLLED OATS FROM KINDRED ORGANICS
A husk-less variety of Tasmanian oats, rolled fresh and without heat treatment so all the goodness is retained. Theyre less processed than quick oats and steamed rolled oats, so have a longer cook time and more texture. Rolled oats are also known as old fashioned oats.
HOW TO USE
> Use to make a traditional nourishing porridge. Also ideal added to muesli mixes, or used to make a delicious Bircher Muesli or overnight oats.
> Use in baking, muffins, biscuits (the classic Anzac!), muesli bars, energy balls and homemade bread. Great mixed with warming spices as fruit crumble topping!
> Add to veggie burgers and nut loaves, can also be used in place of rice or for thickening soups.
Product should last up to 3 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
