Soy Lecithin granules have a slightly nutty taste and soft sticky texture. Often used as an emulsifier in foods, helping water and oil to combine smoothly.
HOW TO USE
> Sprinkle over your breakfast cereal or add to smoothies, baking, soups and savoury dishes.
> Combine lecithin with the liquids in a bread mix for a loaf with smooth texture.
> Dissolve in warm water or liquid of your choice and whisk to make a modern culinary foam.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
