Loving Earths nutritious Activated Buckinis are not a cereal or a grain, but actually a protein-packed seed! The buckwheat is activated to remove the enzyme inhibitors and then dehydrated at a low temperature. They are high in protein and have all the essential amino acids.
HOW TO USE
> Enjoy your Buckinis all year round! In winter - add 1/2 cup Buckinis to 3/4 cup of your favourite milk and gently heat on the stove top. Add fruit, nuts and seeds for a little variety. In summer - add your favourite milk or yogurt and pile on the seasonal fresh fruit.
> Great as a topper for desserts, ice-creams and smoothies.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
