ALSO KNOWN AS FLAX SEED MEAL
Linseed meal is ground linseed (flax seed), making it easier for digestion, so your body can absorb the benefits better. It has a fresh nutty flavour. A well known source of omega fatty acids and fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Great added to baking, bread, smoothies or juice, porridge, muesli bars and energy balls. Sprinkle over yoghurt, fruit and cereal.
> Can be mixed with ground sunflower seeds and almonds to make your own LSA mix - ratio 3:2:1 (starting with linseed). LSA can be added to smoothies, cereal, baking and porridge.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
