ALSO KNOWN AS FLAX SEED
Linseeds (Flax Seeds) have a fresh nutty flavour. A well known source of omega fatty acids and fibre. Its best to lightly crush seeds before use, to aid digestion.
HOW TO USE
> Great added to baking, bread, porridge, muesli bars and energy balls.
> Sprinkle over yoghurt, smoothies, cereal, salads and vegetables.
> Can be ground with sunflower seeds and almonds to make your own LSA mix - ratio 3:2:1 (starting with linseeds). LSA can be added to smoothies, cereal, baking and porridge.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
