A REVITALISING & ENERGISING SUPER FOOD
A traditional food of the Incans. A subtle nutty flavour. Maca is used to increase stamina, boost libido and combat fatigue, promoting optimal functioning of the hypothalamus and pituitary master glands. HOW TO USE
> Add 1-5 teaspoons to your favourite smoothie, juice, drink.
> Sprinkle over your breakfast cereal bowl or yoghurt.
> Add to raw chocolate or ice-cream, baking or desserts.
