In order to make the nutrients as available and digestible as possible, they soak the nuts and seeds in a cultured and PH controlled solution in order to activate dormant nutrients.
HOW TO USE
> Enjoy as a breakfast cereal with your favourite milk, or sprinkled on top of yoghurt and fruit.
> Great as a topper for desserts, ice-cream, cakes, smoothies and hand-made chocolate. Yummy as trail mix too.
