SLIGHTLY NUTTY, SWEET TASTE
This Australian organic Millet Flour is freshly ground from hulled millet grain. It's a very fine flour that can be used in a similar way to corn flour and in gluten free recipes. It's great for gluten free baking and bread making. Often used in Indian and African dishes.
HOW TO USE
> Great for bread making and making unleavened bread. Can be mixed with other flours. Good for tortillas and Indian roti making.
> A delicious gluten free option for cakes, muffins, desserts and pancakes. Can be used in savoury dishes - suitable as a gluten free thickener or as a breadcrumb replacement in burgers and patties.
> Use to make a central African spiced porridge, cooking as you would oats.
