HOW TO USE
> Great as an easy and nutritious snack as they are, or lightly toast and dust with salt or your favourite spices.
> Can be added to muesli, porridge, baking, fruit bread and trail mix.
> A tasty addition to platters for entertaining.
> Roast and grind into fresh nut butter, or soak raw and use to make nut mylk.
