LARGER & MORE PASTA LIKE THAN OTHER COUSCOUS VARIETIES
Used in many traditional Middle-Eastern and Arabian dishes. Moghrabieh is a form of rolled semolina, like couscous, but it is much larger. Great texture and flavour.
HOW TO USE
> Great used in place of rice and in tagines, salads, soups or mixed with veggies as a side. Can also be used as a breakfast cereal.
> Cook: Add couscous to boiling water or broth, cover and simmer for 10-15min or until tender. Drain and serve.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
