A SUBTLE SWEET NUTTY FLAVOUR
Widely used in Indian cuisine (also called Green Gram). A nutty slightly sweet taste. Great in dahls and curries, or as an alternative to chickpeas in falafel mix. Can be used in a variety of dishes, both sweet and savoury.
HOW TO USE
> Easy to sprout - add a crunch to salads!
> Delicious cooked whole and added to a wide range of recipes.
> Soak: Rinse and soak 2-4 hours.
> Cook: Bring to the boil, simmer for about 25min. 1 cup beans to 2.5 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
