CREAMY AUSTRALIAN OAT BRAN
Oat bran is soft flakes of bran that have been separated from whole oats. They have a mild nutty flavour, and add body and flavour to a variety of sweet or savoury dishes.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect added to breakfast foods, baking, yoghurt, smoothies, porridge, cakes, muffins and breads. Can also be added to soups and stews to give extra body.
> For a yummy crust, dust bread loaves and rolls in oat bran.
> Blend with any rolled grain for a creamier porridge.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
