ALSO KNOWN AS PUMPKIN SEEDS
Pepitas are the inner part of edible pumpkin seeds that have been hulled of their outer skin. Slightly sweet and nutty with a chewy texture. Can be used raw or toasted. A good source of vitamin A, E and zinc.
HOW TO USE
> A yummy addition to trail mix, muesli bars, baking, bread, cereal and muesli.
> Sprinkle over soup, pizza, salad, steamed greens, smoothies, yoghurt or porridge.
> A great nut-free snack. Try marinating in tamari and baking in the oven on a low temperature until crispy.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
