SWEET AROMATIC FLAVOUR
Pine Nuts date back to ancient Greek and Roman times. Although they are called a nut, they are actually the seeds from certain varieties of pine tree! They are a good source of energy and high in vitamin E.
HOW TO USE
> A great natural snack, or add to trail mix.
> Grind and use to make pesto or dips, or perfect in pasta and rice dishes.
> Delicious in muesli, porridge, desserts, energy balls, baking, cakes and bread.
> Great slightly toasted with buttery vegetables, or in salads and stir-fries.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area. Best kept refrigerated to ensure long-lasting freshness.
