GREAT THICKENING POWER
Potato starch is made from starch extracted from crushed potatoes, unlike potato flour which uses the whole potato. Has a mild taste with no potato flavour. Can be used in place of cornflour. Adds moisture and texture.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect for baking (especially gluten-free), bread, cake, savoury pancakes and dumplings. Its good at high temperatures so great for making crunchy batters.
> Use as a thickener in sauces and soups.
> Can be used as a substitute for wheat flour, arrowroot and cornflour in many recipes where a thickener is required.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
