A FIBRE BOOST & PREBIOTIC
Psyllium Husks are the outer layer of seeds from the Plantago Ovata, a plant native to India. They are a great water soluble source of fibre, and ideal for digestion and regularity. They can also help to lower cholesterol, and give you a feeling of fullness when included in a liquid meal. Drink plenty of water with it!
HOW TO USE
> Great added to baking, bread, energy balls, smoothies, soups, gravy, yoghurt, cereal or porridge for added fibre.
> Add a teaspoon to cooled herbal tea, juice or water and drink.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
