Millet is a grass plant grown as a cereal crop. It has a subtle, slightly nutty flavour and is a prebiotic food. Its been grown for thousands of years and is one of the worlds oldest grains.
HOW TO USE
> It makes a delicious gluten free breakfast cereal alternative, on its own or by combining with other gluten free cereals.
> Great in baking and used to make crackles!
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
