Sorghum is an ancient grain native to Africa that has been used for thousands of years. Its now grown all around the world, due to being drought resistant and very tolerant to temperature and soil types. This sorghum has been grown in Australia. Being a wholegrain it has many health benefits including protein, low GI, dietary fibre and a range of minerals and vitamins. Sorghum adds a deliciously nutty flavour and texture to your breakfasts.

> Use to make a nutritious breakfast, on its own or by combining with other gluten free cereals.
