SWEET & NUTTY PUFFS
Spelt is an ancient subspecies of wheat grain, cultivated for thousands of years. It has sweet and nutty flavour, and is higher in protein and more nutritious than wheat. It is also more easily digested and high in fibre.
HOW TO USE
> It makes a delicious breakfast cereal, on its own or by combining with other cereals.
> Great in baking or home-made muesli bars.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
