ALSO KNOWN AS FRENCH LENTILS
French style Green Lentils, also known as Puy Lentils, are delightfully earthy and peppery. Fast cooking and remain whole when done. High in protein and fibre.
HOW TO USE
> Delicious in salads, wraps, burgers, soups, hot pots, curries and dips.
> Soak: Rinse, but no soaking required.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 20-25min or until tender. 1 cup lentils to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
