HOW TO USE
> Substitute for wheat flour to make delicious gluten free pancakes.
> In bread recipes, Quinoa flour can be used to replace up to half the wheat flour. Also great when combined with buckwheat, rice and tapioca flours.

> Can also be used to make homemade gluten free pasta, or yummy crispy pizza bases.
