A FINE MILLED FLOUR MADE FROM AUSTRALIAN WHITE RICE
This versatile flour is made from finely ground Australian white rice. It can be used for a range of different uses, both sweet and savoury. It has a less earthy flavour and a smoother texture than brown rice flour.
HOW TO USE
> Great for making breads, cakes, muffins, pancakes, pastry, pizza bases or noodles and pasta.
> Traditionally used in shortbread biscuits.
> Can be used to thicken soups or sauces or as a binder in burger patties. Use to coat vegetables, fish or meat.
> Works well when combined with other lighter flours, like coconut or quinoa. Use in place of wheat flour as a gluten-free alternative.
> Can be cooked as a smooth gluten-free porridge.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
