A LOW GI NATURAL SWEETENER
Rice malt syrup is a convenient sweetener, that can be used in place of sugar and honey. Its commonly used as a vegan substitute for honey, due to its similar flavour profile. Its made by culturing organic brown rice, and is low GI.
HOW TO USE
> Delicious in hot drinks and smoothies, or drizzled on pancakes, porridge, muesli and yoghurt.
> Great used in baking, energy balls, muesli bars, bread and desserts. Also great used in savoury dishes - in marinades, sauces, dressings and glazing.
> Use as a vegan alternative to honey.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
