A NUTRITIOUS WHOLEGRAIN CEREAL
Barley is one of the oldest cultivated grains, and has a mild and nutty flavour. This rolled barley is made from locally grown Australian barley. The barley grains are de-hulled, steamed, rolled and then dried.
HOW TO USE
> Great used to make porridge, granola or muesli, as an alternative to oats.
> Adds a lovely nutty flavour to baking, cookies and breads. When adding it to baked products, it may need pre-soaking for 10min, as it is slightly thicker and chewier than rolled oats.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
