BIODYNAMIC RAW ROLLED OATS FROM FOUR LEAF MILLING
These organic Australian oats have been grown and processed in accordance to biodynamic principles. They are raw as they havent been steamed prior to rolling, which preserves the nutrients in the germ. This means that they have a longer cook time than regular rolled oats, and firmer texture. Full flavoured and slightly nutty.
HOW TO USE
> Our best porridge oats - makes a rich, creamy traditional porridge. They take a little longer to cook than regular rolled oats. Also ideal added to muesli mixes, or as Bircher Muesli or overnight oats.
> Use in baking, muffins, biscuits (the classic Anzac!), muesli bars, energy balls and homemade bread. Great mixed with warming spices as fruit crumble topping!
> Add to veggie burgers and nut loaves.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
