Quinoa is technically a seed, not a grain, and is a complete source of protein. These organically grown flakes have a delicious mild earthy flavour and light fluffy texture. Very quick cooking.
HOW TO USE
> A delicious gluten free breakfast cereal alternative, on its own or by combining with other gluten free cereals or in muesli mixes. Makes a lovely light gluten free porridge (1 part flakes, 2 parts water).
> Great in baking, energy balls & muesli bars.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
