These naturally gluten-free rolled brown rice flakes are made from locally grown Australian rice. The rice grains are lightly steamed, rolled and then dried. They have a mild and nutty flavour, and a soft texture when cooked.

HOW TO USE

> Use in place of oats to make a delicious gluten free porridge (1 cup rolled rice to 1½ cups water (or a mix of water and milk for a creamier porridge)).

> Add to muesli or granola mixes, baking, muffins, breads, energy balls, or to soups and hotpots for extra flavour and body.

Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
