RICH & HEARTY AUSTRALIAN RYE
Also known as Rye Flakes, Rolled Rye is traditionally dehulled rye that has been steamed and rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers. It has a rich and hearty flavour and many health benefits. Its high in protein, fibre and low in fat.
HOW TO USE
> Use to make a yummy warm porridge alternative to traditional oats. Can also be mixed with other rolled cereals.
> Delicious added to soups, stews, pilaf, vegetable fritters, bread making and baking.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
