A RICH & HEARTY GRAIN
A versatile grain with a rich, earthy flavour. Grains become slightly sweet when sprouted. High in protein and fibre.
HOW TO USE
> The grain can be sprouted and used in salads, sandwiches and wraps.
> Cook and use in salads, soups, stews, hot pots and as a risotto.
> Perfect for grinding into a wholegrain flour for bread making and baking.
> Cook: Bring to the boil covered and simmer for around 1 hour. Grains can be soaked overnight to reduce cooking time. 1 cup rye to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
