HOW TO USE

> Great for baking, bread, sauces, pasta, battering and every day cooking. Just substitute equal amounts of this flour as the original recipe for plain wheat flour, or use as directed in gluten free recipes.

Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
