A SPECIAL GLUTEN FREE SELF RAISING FLOUR BLEND
Developed to have similar handling and cooking properties to wheat self raising flour, but without the gluten. The raising agents were chosen to avoid adding sodium, phosphates and aluminium. They act in the same way as baking powder.
HOW TO USE
> Can be substituted for any bread or baking recipe that uses self raising or all-purpose flour. Just substitute equal amounts of this flour as the original recipe for self-raising wheat flour, or use as directed in gluten free recipes.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
