SALT SKIP BAKING POWER - SODIUM & ALUMINIUM FREE
A ready-to-use raising agent, free from cereals, gluten, sodium and aluminium. More calcium than phosphorus. When combined with wet ingredients it produces carbon-dioxide gas, giving lift to baking.
HOW TO USE
> Use 2 teaspoons baking powder per 1 cup of plain flour to make self-raising flour.
> Use in pancakes, waffles, cake, muffin, pudding and bread mixes.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
