A SMOOTH TEXTURE

Semolina is the coarser part of the grind that remains after wheat is milled and the finer flour has been sifted. It has a light nutty flavour. Can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes.

HOW TO USE

> Fine semolina makes a smooth textured porridge, and can also be used in cakes and puddings.

> Use to make pizza dough, pasta, and give texture to breads.

> Ideal for baked gnocchi dishes, and is especially good in a rich, creamy sauce. Also great as a mash side dish.

Product should last up to 9 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
