Coconut flesh that has been shredded. Great flavour. Delicious raw or toasted.
HOW TO USE
> Add to hiking mix, baking, granola, muesli, smoothies, raw treats, home-made chocolate and desserts. Sprinkle over breakfast.
> Mix with coconut flour and use as a coating for frying or baking.
> Ideal in savoury dishes with vegetables, pulses and seafood. Try in curries, salads, stir-fries and noodle dishes.
