AN EXTREMELY VERSATILE HIGH PROTEIN LEGUME
A subtle, nutty flavour and aroma. Rich in phytoestrogens, high in protein and plenty of soluble dietary fibre. A great slow release energy food.
HOW TO USE
> Use to make soy milk, soy products or savoury snacks. Great in soups, hot pots, dahl, salads, dips and in baking.
> Sprout them for a crunchy addition to sandwiches, salads and stir-fries.
> Soak: Rinse and soak 8 hours or overnight.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 20min. 1 cup beans to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area. Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
