Soya flour is made by grinding soya beans into a fine powder. Its often included in gluten free cooking because of its binding properties. It has a distinctive slightly sweet and nutty flavour. High in protein, calcium and iron.

HOW TO USE

> Use in baking, pastries and to thicken sauces. It adds a moist quality and soft texture.

> Adds a slightly sweet, pleasant flavour to bread. Loaves made with a little soy flour brown more quickly.

Product should last up to 12 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
