A hearty wheat-free blend of beans and other pulses, full of colour and flavour, plus the added nutrition of organic quinoa.
HOW TO USE
> Delicious by itself as a soup, or add your favourite vegetables or seasonings for the last 10-30min of cooking.
> Can also be added to hot pots or savoury dishes.
> Soak: Rinse and soak overnight.
> Cook: Bring to boil and simmer for about 60-90min. 1 cup mix to 4 cups water.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
