Storm River & Stone is a small batch independent artisan producer based in Hobart. All Storm River & Stone sourdough is 100% naturally leavened and slow fermented (from start to finish the loaves take up to 40 hours to complete). Loaves are made using traditional bread making techniques which includes hand mixing the dough, long fermentation times, utilising bread formulas developed from scratch (each type of bread contains varying percentages of each flour & differing hydration levels), hand shaping all loaves as well as baking on stone. This creates a very special loaf!
This loaf is delivered on the following days: Thursday, Friday
