SHORT GRAIN RICE IDEAL FOR SUSHI MAKING

This sushi rice is grown and milled in Australia. It has the optimal level of stickiness, a clean flavour and ideal springiness for sushi. The shorter grains encourage longer moisture retention for better shaping.

HOW TO USE

> Perfect for sushi making, Japanese cuisine and great for rice bowls.

> Cook: Best cooked using the absorption method or a rice cooker. Rinse rice grains before cooking. 1 cup rice to 1.5 cups water. Once cooked, you can mix in ½ cup rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp of castor sugar and ½ tsp salt.

Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
