Tapioca are high-starch balls produced from cassava root. Can be used in place of sago. Works as a thickening agent.
HOW TO USE
> Use in desserts/puddings and sweet drinks such as bubble tea
> Pre-cook by boiling 1 cup tapioca in 3 cups water/milk/juice for 15min, let stand for 10min. Or add to soups.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored airtight in a cool dark area.
