TEXTURISED VEGETABLE PROTEIN
Made from soy and water in a process similar to pasta. It is frequently used as a meat replacement in vegetarian cooking, as it has a meaty texture once added to dishes.
HOW TO USE
> Add water/broth to the dry TVP to reconstitute it to a ground meat like texture.
> Use for veggie burgers, pies, Bolognese sauce, chilli and tacos.
> Excellent for bushwalking as a light-weight protein source.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
