JAPANESE STYLE NOODLES
Udon (oo-don) noodles have been popular in Japan since the 14th century. They are easy to prepare and have an unmatched taste and texture. Delicious used either hot or cold.
HOW TO USE
> Use in hot soups, stir-fried with vegetables and cold in salads.
>Bring water to boil and add noodles little by little to avoid clumping. Stir. Return to the boil, cook for 8-10min until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Product should last up to 18 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
