These organic Australian dry roasted peanuts have a more intense nutty flavour than unroasted peanuts. They are roasted to crunchy perfection without using any oil! Peanuts are in fact not actually nuts, but belong to the legume family, like chickpeas and lentils! A great source of protein and monounsaturated fats. Very versatile and ideal for sweet and savoury uses.
HOW TO USE
> Great for snacking as they are, or added to trail mix.
> Add to muesli, baking, cookies, home-made chocolate, salads and slaws, stir-fries and rice dishes. Also great for curries and making satay sauce.
> Can be ground into yummy fresh peanut butter.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
