A STONE GROUND ORGANIC FLOUR GREAT FOR ALL BAKING
Organic Unbleached Plain Bakers Flour is a stone ground wheat flour which contains a fine bran. The stone milling process gives a stronger flavour and retains more nutrients.
HOW TO USE
> Great for bread making, pizza dough, rolls and other baked goods.
> Use in any recipe calling for white flour. Adding a little extra gluten will make bread lighter.
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
