COLOURFUL & NUTRITIOUS RED WALNUTS GROWN IN NSW
The Red Walnut was developed naturally through grafting in California in 1991. Red Livermore Walnuts have a sweeter, creamier and less bitter flavour than regular walnuts. They also have a higher level of omega 3s, antioxidants and fibre, and an amazing colour!
HOW TO USE
> Great on their own as a healthy snack, or a colourful addition to trail mix.
> Their sweetness makes them ideal added to baking, fruit bread, desserts, muesli, porridge, salads (especially with bitter greens) and pasta.
> Can be ground to make fresh nut butter.
> Amazing used in pesto, dips, stuffing, nut loaves and sauces. Very attractive on your next cheese platter!
Product should last up to 6 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
