A VERSATILE & STAPLE GRAIN
Has a fresh and slightly nutty flavour. A staple grain in many countries, and is easily stored for long periods with its nutritional value intact with it's low moisture content. Has a high protein and gluten content, which makes it great for grinding into flour for bread making.
HOW TO USE
> Perfect for grinding into a flour for bread making and baking.
> Cook and use in salads, soups, stews, hot pots, puddings and as a side dish.
> Can be used for sprouting and growing wheatgrass, but our Organic Sprouting Wheat Grain is better for this.
> Cook: Bring to the boil covered and simmer for around 2 hours. Grains can be soaked overnight to reduce cooking time. 1 cup wheat to 3 cups water.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
