PURE ORGANIC TASMANIAN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Made from organic apples sourced from orchards in the Huon Valley. Following pressing the juice is fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, then fermented again into vinegar using naturally occurring wild vinegar mother (natural beneficial bacteria). It has a tangy fruity flavour and cloudy appearance.
HOW TO USE
> Enjoy in salad dressings and marinades, preserves and pickling, as a condiment or in any recipe that asks for vinegar.
> Great with noodle dishes, fish and chips and grilled seafood or sprinkled over steamed vegetables.
> For a refreshing and healthy start to the day, add 2 Tbsp of cider vinegar to a large glass of water.
> Use diluted with water as a skin toner - can help in treating acne, and softens the skin.
Product should last up to 24 months if stored in an airtight container in a dry, cool dark area. Store < 20 deg C. Do not place under direct sunlight and heat.
