HOW TO USE
> Great for wholemeal scones, cakes, muffins, baked goods and nice thick pancakes.
> Use for yeast-free bread making.
> In your baking include honey for a hint for sweetness, buttermilk for a pleasant tartness or molasses for an earthy flavour.
> If you would rather a lower sodium self-raising flour add Salt Skip Baking Powder to plain wholemeal flour.
Product should last up to 12 months if stored in an airtight container in a cool dark area.
