PLANT-BASED THICKENER & STABILISING AGENT

Used to improve texture, flavour, consistency and appearance. An essential ingredient for gluten free baking, it imitates gluten. Acts as an emulsifier and a binder, adds volume to gluten free breads and baking. It can create a creamy texture.

HOW TO USE
