First blended in the 1800s as a stronger morning tea to be had with the protein rich traditional English Breakfast. Grown in Sri Lanka, this English Breakfast tea produces a strong flavoured but smooth tea of noted subtle tannins and long, fresh aromas.

Preparation: One teaspoon per person, let it brew in freshly boiled water for 2-3 mins (longer is stronger). Enjoyed hot and black or served with milk.
